Ingredients Instead of Products

Next to knowledge about products, knowing what drives shoppers to buy certain products is crucial for a high profit. Try approaching vine tomatoes as ingredients for example, instead of products of which to sell as many as possible. When shoppers write their shopping list, it contains various ingredients that – when put together – form a dish. Here, we can really make a difference; which vine tomato has the best characteristics for a great pasta sauce?

Bulk value packs are no longer only applicable to biscuits, sweets and non-perishable products, as fresh produce such as fruit and vegetables are also purchased in larger quantities.
