Slices for pizza

Preparation time: 50 minutes
LUNCH or MAIN COURSE, serves 2

These are the ingredients you need

1 cluster of cherry plum tomatoes - 1 cluster of mini cherry tomatoes - 100 g cream cheese - 50 g crème fraîche - 1 small bunch of chives - 1 small bunch of sage - 1 small bunch of rosemary - 2 garlic cloves - 4 tbsp. black olives - 2 tbsp. pine nuts - 4 slices of puff pastry made with butter - 1 egg

Preparation

Join the slices of puff pastry to make one large square by moistening their edges and pressing them together. Place the joined puff pastry pieces onto a sheet of baking paper and roll it out with a rolling pin to make a thin rectangle. Then use a knife to cut 2 cm from the margins all around. Brush a beaten egg onto the margins of the puff pastry. Combine the crème fraîche with the cream cheese. Mince the chives, sage, rosemary, garlic and olives and add to the cream cheese mixture. Season the entire mixture with salt and pepper. Spread the surface of the puff pastry (except for the margins) with the cream cheese mixture and then top this with the thin slices of tomato. Sprinkle the entire surface with the pine nuts, olives, salt and pepper and bake the pizza in the oven for 30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Out of the oven, finish the pizza by sprinkling some chives on top.
