These are the ingredients you need

10 cherry plum tomato - 250 g smoked mackerel fillet - 4 tbsp mayonnaise - smoked paprika powder - cornichons, small pickles - 1 baked baguette - 1 lemon (zest) - pepper - skewers

Preparation

Cut the baguette into slices diagonally. Remove the skin from the smoked mackerel. Use a fork to finely shred the fillets. Make the lemon mayonnaise by mixing the mayonnaise with the zest of 1 lemon, and season with pepper. Slice the tomatoes horizontally and leave the crown on the last piece. Cover the baguette slices with the sliced tomato, smoked mackerel and a cornichon. Place the crown on the mackerel and pierce with a skewer. Finish with a pinch of smoked paprika.
