Pincho Perfect

These are the ingredients you need

1 bunch of classico tomatoes, medium size - 1 baked baguette - 125 g manchego or parmesan cheese - 12 slices of dried parma or serrano ham - bunch of basil - olive oil - salt and pepper - mini skewers


Preheat the oven to 200°c. Cut the baguette at an angle into thick slices and drizzle with olive oil. Bake the bread slices in the oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. Thinly slice the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Put two slices of tomato on the baguette slices. Shave thin slivers of cheese with a cheese slicer. Garnish the pincho with basil leaves, cheese and dried ham. To finish off, put a mini skewer in the baguette because that is what makes it a real pincho.
