These are the ingredients you need
2 clusters of mini cherry vine tomatoes - 4 dorade fillets - 600 g spinach - 1 clove of garlic - 1 onion - olive oil - pepper - salt
Leave the tomatoes on the vine. Set the oven to its grill setting. Place the dorade fillets on the baking sheet, skin side up, along with the tomatoes on the vine. Sprinkle both with olive oil and salt. The fillets are done when the fish flakes on the cut side underneath. Peel the onion and chop together with the garlic. Stir-fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Mince the basil and add this together with the spinach. Lastly, season the entire mixture with salt and pepper.
