Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes

Starter or lunch dish, serves 2 - 3

These are the ingredients you need

250 g cocktail vine tomatoes - 10 g Italian seasoning - 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil - approx. 6 slices of baguette or ciabatta


Mix in a bowl the Italian seasoning with the olive oil. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into small cubes and mix these with the seasoned oil. Toast the slices of bread. Distribute the tomato mixture over the slices of toast and serve 2 or 3 per person.


Add the finely chopped leaves of 2 sprigs of basil. - Add 75 g of finely cut mozzarella
