Cubes for salsa

SIDE DISH, serves 6

These are the ingredients you need

2 clusters of cocktail tomatoes - 1 lime - 3 shallots - 1 clove of garlic - ½ bunch of cilantro - 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil - 1 jalapeño pepper - salt - bag of tortilla chips


Peel the shallots and cut them into very small cubes. Peel the garlic and put it through a garlic press. Mince the jalapeño pepper and combine it with the other ingredients in a bowl. Grate the peel of the lime. Quarter the lime and squeeze out the juice. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds and their membranes. Cut the tomato pieces into small cubes. Then mince the cilantro. Combine all the ingredients and season to taste with a little salt. Serve the salsa alongside the tortilla chips.
