Pizza with mini cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella

There is nothing tastier than a home-made pizza with a crispy base, sweet mini cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Delicious for lunch, with drinks or for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 10 g sugar
  • 25 g fresh yeast (or 9 g dried yeast)
  • 2 tbsp nigella seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 340 ml warm water
  • 40 mini cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 4 balls of mozzarella

How to prepare

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 230°C.
  2. Add the yeast to the warm water, along with the sugar and olive oil.
  3. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, together with the salt and nigella seeds.
  4. Add the water to the flour and mix well using a food processor with a dough hook (2 min) or by hand (4 min).
  5. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and leave to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  6. Next, divide the dough into two parts and roll out thinly.
  7. Place the dough on two pieces of baking paper on an oven tray.
  8. Top the pizza with the mozzarella and sliced tomatoes.
  9. Bake the pizzas in the oven for around 10 minutes.
  10. To finish, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
