Mini tomato burger

These are the ingredients you need

4 cocktail tomatoes - 160 g beef and pork mince - 2 tbsp breadcrumbs - 2 tsp mayonnaise - 2 tsp ketchup - 8 lettuce leaves - salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix the minced meat with breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes in half horizontally. Shape the minced meat into small burgers, around 40 g each. Fry the mini burgers in butter or sunflower oil until browned and cooked through. Cover the bottom half of the tomato with: lettuce leaf, burger, lettuce, ketchup and mayonnaise. To finish, put the 'lid' of the tomato on the burger.
